中国就业培训技术指导中心成立于1998年，与人力资源和社会保障部职业技能鉴定中心合署办公，是人力资源和社会保障部的直属事业单位，负责全国就业、职业培训以及技能人才评价的技术指导和组织实施工作。

Founded in 1998，CETTIC performs the official function jointly with Occupation Skill Testing Authority(OSTA). It is one of the public institutions directly under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. It is responsible for providing technical guidance to the employment and vocational training work, and organizing occupational skill testing all over the country.
